– Assist with architecting the technical approaches and product design – Discuss and help resolve obstacles working against the set milestones – Align in regards to the project milestones and progress

Participate in regular alignments with Head of Development and Team Leads.

– Suggest the breakdown of effort needed based on knowledge of our current TradeMind solution

Breakdown TradeMind needed components by business and importance priorities.

Drafting and defining the product indicative implementation plans.

Participate and contribute in new technologies stack selection processes.

Assist with architecting the technical approaches and product design.

Manage and define requirements taking and scope capturing processes.

Assist Head of Development with the dev processes optimisation and KPIs tracking.

In case of expansion,help manage a team of developers as a Team Lead.
