In case of accidental damage on a Mac with AppleCare+ does have a deductible of either $99 or $299 depending on parts involved. As long as your problem falls under AppleCare’s terms and conditions your part will be replaced at no charge to you other than our $40 concierge service fee for pickup and drop off. Do you do all repairs in house or mail them out? A. For Mac we repair in house unless it will save you money by sending it into the Apple depot (Instances with multiple parts or liquid damage). It is recommended that you back up all data prior to us picking it up as on occasion they swap out the iPad for another identical unit. Can you replace my iPad screen/or battery? A. iPad is a completely sealed unit and all iPads must be sent out for service. We understand that this doesn’t work for most people. Yes, but we no longer have the capacity to offer same day turn around. We come to you! However if you are in need of iPhone service we are no longer offering same day service as we no longer have parts on hand. Do I need an appointment? A. As of April 1st, 2022 we have shifted our support offerings to more of a concierge approach.
